• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I've heard some stories from there and another one in Southern Indiana called Bean Blossom. From what I gather it's a big party. Didn't sound like my kinda thing.

Thoughts about towing with the Spyder...

How much tongue weight do you have. You sure don't want to have the trailer trying to pick up the back of the spyder if you hit a bump or slam the brakes on. You could probably check that with a bathroom scale placed at the hitch height.

    Battery

I am not gonna claim its the best. I think all batteries now are junk. But I would get one from walmart, doesn't matter where in the USA you are a walmart isn't far. I have used them in my ATV's a couple times and never had to replace them, but there warranties are a no hassle deal.

Walmart led side marker lights installed

I've had good luck using a gob of silicone caulk or plumbers putty to hold wiring in place. I like the plumber putty best as it is easy to clean off.

What To Expect And Do When Bring Spyder Out Of Storage After More Than A Year?

I don't think seafoam is as critical to overdosing, as it is a combustible product, but there are lots of additives out there that don't live up to their marketing hype. Techron injector cleaner seems to live up to its cleaning claims, another one that I prefer is 3M injector cleaner. I would...

What To Expect And Do When Bring Spyder Out Of Storage After More Than A Year?

I would drain the gas if possible, but I would add some seafoam to it either way. Plus I would put seafoam in next time you store it. I have had bad luck with stabil. I had 3 gas shut offs on tractors completely seize up with crap, plus a shutoff that the crap ate the seal and leaked all the...

    Lake Michigan Loop

Cool ride dude. I'd like to do that too. I talked to a guy that did it on bicycle, thats too much commitment for me. You need to add Wisconsin on your map now.

    Killerbee's problem is awful

I gotta agree with you. I wouldn't let it stop me from doing it, but better to be prepared. I don't think I would take as much as you but it is a good list to ponder. Breaking down on the road is a real possibility and a contingincy plan for either waiting on repairs or getting back home...

    Motorcycle dealerships

I think a week is a reasonable amount of time for a dealer to have a machine. Maybe my expectations are too low for some peoples opinion, but most of the dealerships I have been to only have one or two people to work on all their lines of machines. Plus they are somewhat limited on space to...
