• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I hate to ask but is this a good deal? 2013 Can-Am® Spyder® ST Limited SE5

we have the Limited and it has the removable hard bags on the side and I was considering getting a top case for the backrest but I'm not sure I need it and I was uncertain of the appearance. My wife and I rode 4 days through Colorado and all of our luggage was either in the frunk or the...

I hate to ask but is this a good deal? 2013 Can-Am® Spyder® ST Limited SE5

Damn!!! You guys are hard on these ST's!! I've got a 2013 ST Limited that I was considering selling but this must not be the right group of buyers. Mine has had the updated panels since day 1 and I've had really good luck with mine. We've got some miles on it too. I like the fact that the...

    Took the Spyder out today

While I was on my adventure, I went into a campground and rode on some icy roads and played around a bit to test how the Spyder reacts. Few observations: when you hit the brakes and one of the front wheels hits a patch of ice you almost cannot tell that wheel is skidding. Pretty impressive...

    Took the Spyder out today

I do think about that. I washed it thoroughly when I got home. I have a heated shop that I keep it in

    Took the Spyder out today

What do you do when you own some of the best cold weather gear available and there's not enough snow to go snowmobiling??? Ya fire up the Spyder!!! I rode about 90 miles this afternoon stopped to get a picture in front of the frozen lake. It was about 15 degrees and a pretty stout wind from...

Took a huge break from the SPYDER

Thanks all! ! These are older pictures because we have a driveway and a little more yard work completed but you get the gist This is probably going to keep me away from the Spyder for a little while but hopefully we get a few days in late October to ride

Took a huge break from the SPYDER

My spyder has sat too damn long and I haven't been on SL for ages. My wife and I have been living in a camper while building a house and a big shed for toys. We Just got moved into the new house 2 weeks ago and I've just finally been able to spend a few minutes searching through SL. The...

Looking for Trailer to haul my ST Limited

I have an Aluma 7710 and it works great for hauling my spider. If I'm going on a long trip and uncertain of road conditions I'll take my 7x19 legend explorer enclosed. It also works as storage for my toys when garage space is being used for other things

    Missing Saddle Bag Reflector

Mine fell off too. I might just take the other side off and use it as a pattern to cut out matching reflectors out of DOT truck reflector decals.

    Hand Brake Question

I would be very interested in moving my brake lever to the left side. I have the ISCI kit on the right and at times I struggle with letting the throttle snap back closed while applying brakes. I like the brake on the left and the throttle on the right. Don't care what the biker protocol is

Took a spirited ride up pikes peak 27 minutes 49 seconds

Another thing I should point out is the fact that my GPS Zumo was nearly spot on with every elevation sign I saw. I was surprised. That was slow. You would have heard 990cc's screaming at 7,000+ RPM in my video :roflblack: Just the traffic in your overlook photo is CRAZY!!! We wanted to...

Took a spirited ride up pikes peak 27 minutes 49 seconds

My wife took all the pictures. I'll see if I can get access to them. There was a little snow/ice that could be found. I've played at 11,000 foot elevation many times but usually I didn't have to worry about cars :coffee: Rhys Millen had the quickest time at the last race with 9:07 in an...

Took a spirited ride up pikes peak 27 minutes 49 seconds

So just for fun I gave my spyder a decent blast up pikes peak. They told me it takes 55 minutes to get to the top. I heard "time to beat is 55 minutes":roflblack: This was riding 2-up with 6 days worth of luggage on board. I had to pass 4 cars (safely), bottomed out solidly and had to...

What Should CanAm Have made Stock ?

My ankle is fixed at a 90°angle. The spyder is very accommodating for handicapped people with the exception of the handbrake. Why not accept that role in the marketplace and put a handbrake on it?

What to do with an old wheelchair?

I have a wheelchair that I no longer need (thankfully) and I'm not sure how you get rid of it in a helpful manner. It's a Quickie GT that has a rigid frame and the back rest folds down and the wheels pop off. It's in great shape with a few scratches from me attempting to load it in the back of...
