• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

What Did You Do To Your RYKER Today?

Ryker is mostly my wife's ride, and she's 5'6". She asked me to put it on its highest position, as that allows her to look through the windshield. On the lowest position, she said the top edge was right in the middle of her sight line. When I sit on the bike (I'm 6'3"), I find the highest...

What Did You Do To Your RYKER Today?

Installed the aluminum handguards and lighting kit. Note to anyone adding the handguards to a '22 Sport; You won't use one of the four supplied half-circle clamps for the back of the guard, as this is already there as the bezel for the cruise control button. Later, EV

Do you ever park your Ryker in a parking lot or does it depend on ??

No, mostly stuck to BadWeb. The Ryker is fun, but very different than the two-wheelers. Good luck on the wait. It took us 6 months between ordering and getting our Ryker. Seemed like forever... Later, EV

Do you ever park your Ryker in a parking lot or does it depend on ??

Yay, another Bueller! I'm wondering if there are more of us around, as I find the uniqueness and quirky nature that drew me towards Buells is also why I find the Rykers and Spyders so damned cool and interesting. Later, EV

Dale, Depending on where in PA you are at, and if you're willing to road trip a little.... Give Jeff (on vacation) or Robbie at K&W Cycle in Utica, MI (Detroit area) a call. Dealer Gouging on 2022 Ryker models

Just a reminder for folks thinking about buying new. The Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) on a Ryker is a fair bit more involved on the dealer's end than your usual new car. They're got to uncrate the bike, and then do a bit of final assembly in their shop. Here's a good video that shows...

    Are there Black Colored Variations?

Standard choice is Intense Black, Adrenaline Red, or Yellow Shock. These are what are listed as "Classic" panels, and one set included with the price of the bike. All three are glossy, and molded-in-color. That is, if you scratch it, you won't see another color underneath. All of the "Epic"...

    2019 Rally vs 2022 900

For the extra $1100 delta from the base 900, the Sport gives you upgraded suspension, Max mount, unique wheels, and cruise control standard. That's why we went ahead and ordered the Sport. Later, EV

What are the specs for the 900 ACE? Is it the base for the turbo 900 on sleds?

My initial thought is that Can-Am doesn't install the turbo motor into the Ryker due to Emissions requirements. Digging deeper, I'm sure of it. <engineer nerd hat on> Looking at the EPA websites, there are different HC (hydrocarbons) and CO (carbon monoxide) requirements depending on whether...

    Spyders passing HDs

I've always thought that anyone who doesn't wave back is in the middle of a shift or concentrating on something (car/debris/etc...) in front of them. If someone just doesn't want to be courteous, well, that's their problem, not mine. Never bothered me.... Later, EV

    Passenger backrest recommendations for Ryker?

Folding backrest bolts directly to the passenger seat itself, so it slides on and off with just the button inside the seat cushion. You'll be able to swap between seat and bag easily... This install video shows you how it works; https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gE4gZPrhuWk Later, EV

Dealer Gouging on 2022 Ryker models

Last time I talked to the guys at K&W, they said they were getting six Sport models in sometime around February. I figure ours is included in that number, so he'll have five more left that might be unspoken for. Later, EV

Dealer Gouging on 2022 Ryker models

Hey k, I wound up going with K&W Cycle out of Shelby Township. Talk to Jeff Siladke. He was very up-front and direct with me. If I wouldn't have done the deal with K&W, the next best place that I got good response from was Nord Ride in Mt. Morris (which is a fair bit closer to you). Good...

Dealer Gouging on 2022 Ryker models

After seeing a few YouTube videos of how Rykers are shipped partially disassembled (wheels/tires off, nose plastics/shrouds off, alignment, etc.), I was much more forgiving for a bit of need for the dealer to charge something for set-up. They have to pay their folks after all. That being said...
