• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    D.E.S.S. Module is the only other failure I've had trouble with. Digitally Encoded Security System. Difficulty reading your keys prevents the Spyder from starting. Dealer should have Can Am procedure for replacement.

    You should purchase a Manual. They have simple line drawing wiring diagrams that a labeled with the wiring color codes. I use a Midwest Manual.

    F3S Pearl White, and Magnesium Silver have Can Am Red tubes. Others both F3S and F3 have black tubes. If I remember correctly.

    BRP Recommended I don't know if this will help. BPR recommends Kluberpaste 46 MR 401. It my be easier for you to find.

    Yes. It may be helpful to watch a video or two on youtube about testing relays. Relays all have a control circuit and a high amperage circuit.     Heated Grips (R5) and Accessory Lighting(R4) both have relays in the Left Fuse Box. If the horn works the fuses are good. The shedding relay is next in the circuit after the fuse and you already replaced it . The Grip and Acc. Lighting Relays are next in the circuit.

    I know this my sound odd. Does the Horn Work with the Spyder running. If so then the fuse that feeds the horn, shedding relay, and Aux. lights is good. If not check J2 and F5 in the Right Fuse Box.

    How much electricity is needed to stay charged?

    We use a 5W Battery Tender Solar Charger to maintain the deep cycle battery used to run a 12000# winch on a car hauler trailer. Does an excellent job and the panel isn't enormous.
