• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    Ouch! Glad to hear you only got some minor damgae to yourself...Looking at the pic I am amazed they did not have to use the jaws of life to get you out and like was said elsewhere if you were on 2 wheels she would of knocked you into the next county.

    Pre-filter I just installed the pre-filer and did not notice much difference in the sound between the above rpms....oh well, guess I will get use to it....I like the way the machine runs...

    Poor Ruby Maybe it's time to trade up to a 2014 as long as you get a red one to match your trailer. Glad you 2 are both ok and just have scraps and bruises. As said above we all have learned something about going in reverse.

    Working on the Spyder My friend and I just worked on my :spyder2: (2013 RTL) and yes it was a pain in the fanny. Had to remove a lot of tupperware to get to things. Taking out the resonator was a real fun project but we got it done. Installed JT's air filter and just ordered the quiet filter...

    Ryde I went for a short ryde yesterday (about 60 miles) and had a guy on a street illeagle wave at me...on the same rode later came upon 3 guys on dirt bikes with no plates, brake lights or other safety stuff....where are the cops when you need them?

    Cat I put one on my RT a couple of weeks ago and can't really see much diff in sound. I also added JT's air filter and it makes a new sound when the rpm's are between 4 and 5 k...I have never had any heat issues so can't address that....but I did get a little more power...

    2014 or not If I could afford it I would get a 14 but I can't so I will stick with my 13 which so far (knock on wood) has not given me any problems in a little over 9500 miles.

    trike vs car IMHO the sling shot is a 3 wheeled car. We own a Honda 2000 and the sling shot does not even come close in comparison. I will stick with my RTL.
