• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    Looking to buy a Spyder

The 2014 does have a good list of improvements. Regarding heat issues, only time will tell. They move the radiators, so the heat will not be evacuated directly on the rider's feet. Nothing right now says that the engine heat will stop melting the components under the tupperware. ...Ben...

    FEEL RIPPED OFF

Keep in mind there are 2 main types of people who posts in the forums: Those who have issues and those who have solutions. Every body else (like me) mostly just sit back, enjoy and learn from other member's experience. The majority of forum members with little or no problems are grossly...

Adding BRP Bluetooth Dongle - Questions Answered.

Two weeks ago I installed the SM10 kit sold by BRP in the rear trunk as others did in the forum. Everything works really well. I only wish I could control the audio volume from the handlebars. You can mute it, but no volume control. My current setup: Sena SMH10R in the helmet, bluetooth...

Drilling holes in rear trunk wall

The existing wholes are for screws, which get tightly plugged. I was more worried about the cable and the rubber grommet. I had already removed the rear tupperware and the right hand speaker/armrest assembly so I will be able to figure-out where to drill. Tx for the replies. Sent from my...

Drilling holes in rear trunk wall

I am in the process of installing the bluetooth dongle on my RT. I do not want the dongle in the frunk, as I have all the electronics in the back already and keep my helmet in the frunk (only when I take it off) . I was thinking of installing the dongle on the right wall of the rear trunk, on...

    Garmin Zumo 660 USB Question

A few things may go wrong. First, many usb devices are sensitive to the signal quality. To troubleshoot, make sure that you plug the usb cable directly into a usb port on your PC, using the Garmin cable: not on your monitor, usb hub or via any kind of long USB cable. (Once you get things going...

    2013 RT Suspension

I was at the dealer yesterday and was looking at a 2013 and a 2012 RT parked side-by-side. That's when I noticed the 2013 has lost the adjustable front shock we have on 2010-2012 models. I must have been sleeping through the various announcements and descriptions, 'caus that was news to me...

Looking for Quality Service Manual for RT

Actually, the screen shot does not do justice to the original. In terms of color and contrast, it is as per the screenshot, but the fonts are sharp. The characters got damaged in the jpeg compression. The original document is a real pdf, not a jpeg, meaning you can zoom in as much as you want...
