• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    My RT mirror goes a lot farther out than that. Push on the outside edge harder. I have mine adjusted so you can barely see the rear sides and the handle just barely at the right edge near the bike. :thumbup:

    The problem with running at ~4k in any uphill situation will put strain on the drive train will drop the rpms to a dangerous level close to slipping.And who is to say all bikes do not slip after 3600?     Those RPM on a 998 motor are a invitation to disaster . The clutch is barely engaged and you will be buying new clutch plates soon. You should be cruising at 5k RPMs that is the beginning of the power band on this engine.

    I used the DEI 1500deg tape because I had it for peace of mind. As to whether or not the bottom needs notched it is up to you I though it was a good idea having two outflows my self as long as it wasn't hitting my foot. :dontknow:

    It is not the upper that kills you it is the lower. With the 2014 grille honeycomb it directs the top out and away and blocks the lower. I have my lower cut so it opens on the left a little. Stand at the trunk and look through those holes you will see the fan blows straight back through them.

    My understanding was If you did not want ANY part of the recall work done you must sign a waiver. I suppose it is a hold harmless waiver. Even having the EVAP part done might yield some results. I am on the fence about the look of the scoops. I would like them better if the were the same color...
