• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

A preview of my spyder transformation

What--the backrest isn't heated?! (Geez, you'd think you live someplace cold...)

    Question about a Battery Tender

Not that you need my two cents added to HDX's and Scotty's, but I listened to them last year about it, and it's the most bestest. The little extension connector slips away in it's hideaway spot under the seat (without raising the seat) while riding, too. Nice, easy access.

Niiiice! (Now I don't feel as guilty about the new tankbag, new grips, new throttle boss, new graphics, and new seat I bought!--Thanks!)

ipad is very limited on the RT

Ha! Spoken like a true Mac aficionado and early adopter! You know better, Lamont! Photo, web, phone (w/skype), video, iTunes music and apps, word processing, spreadsheet, presentations, email, ebooks...No use trying to avoid offending the PC users out there. It's way more than an iPod, and...

    Spyderfest 2011 date

Hmmm. Google maps says: Driving directions to Cuba, MO 1,151 mi – about 19 hours 18 mins So, like one day out, one day there, one day back?? :dontknow: (Um, what's the weather gonna be like?)

    Nelson-Rigg CAS-455 Tank Bag Review + Pics

OK, so I was pulling fencing and removing fence posts all afternoon, so I was a bit tired when I returned to the house and found my N-R tank bag was delivered. Yay! Taking SpyderWolf's time to install estimate of two minutes to heart, I was a bit disgruntled when it took me approximately 50%...

    NEW TRAILER....

Wow. Just my $0.02, Reverend: Put some lights so they glow from the lid seam as if from inside. (Um...does it lock? You know, from the outside? :roflblack: )

    New ESI light idea?

OK, SpyderWolf, I think it's just time that you paint your Spyder amber so that then you can get all the legal matching lights you want!

    Lower engine temperature

Good job, Tom! And your NM temps are pretty equivalent to our New England ones, so I think I'll try this!

    Army Spyder's Been Drafted!

That's great! Remember when people here were worried for you that the Army would be irritated (or even pursue legal action) due to the graphics you chose?!! :roflblack: And...replacing the OCC chopper?? That's quite a statement!! (Oh, yeah, and +1 to everybody that wrote "keep the...

    Quieter Muffler

Seriously, Deb?! I must've missed that memo from Valcourt. I don't remember BRP coming out with that--was it an "accessory" to purchase (how much?), a production update on newer models, or a warranty recall fix? :dontknow: I'd like to see that, too...

    Repairs in Cuba

Hmm... Our youngest is moving out soon. Maybe it's time to move to Missouri?! (I drove to Kansas City last June and people actually apologized for the unusually hot weather. It sounds silly, maybe, to say about the population of an entire state, but--nice, nice people there.)

Lost Highway pegs, now replacing them

Summer Riding Jackets for the Ladies - $39.99!!

+1. Ordered from them more than a half dozen times. When I had to return/exchange things, always excellent service.

    Lower engine temperature

Not to speak for REPOPS, but judging from the curve of the cut on the foam, it looks as if it creates a seal against the body panel so that the air doesn't wash between the right radiator wall and the inside panel. Nice idea! (Reserve another one, for me to use in this hot New...

    Hit an Alligator Today

We had one big 100 pound greyhound, and now we have a (somewhat) smaller one. Great pets. Great with people. They don't bark hardly ever, but are keen as watchdogs--they'll let you know when something's up, they just don't make a ruckus. They are not good with big windows nor with stairs...

    Hit an Alligator Today

I'm glad you survived, shaken but not broken. (If it were me with my lovely bride, she would've got off the Spyder, gone over to the smushed gator, and made me bring it to a vet to see if he could be saved. nojoke )
