• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Blue Skies, dry roads, and 70° - Great Spyder Ride! If this is "global warming", bring it on!

Yesterday, November 14th here in NW Minnesota, we had a high temp of 60, sunny skies and a slight breeze. It made our possible last ride for the season wonderful.

Probably a stupid idea - thinking I might go from a 2018 F3 Ltd to an RTL S2S - am I crazy and should just keep what I have?

    * I suggest that you go and sit on an RT. * Coming from the F3, you'll find that you sit ON the RT whereas you sit IN your F3. * Also, the dashes are now Touch Screen dashes. See how well you would adjust to one. * I tried out the new dash at my dealer, and personally I'll keep the "old...

Need Guidance on Replacing the very bottom front Plastic Piece on a '22 F3 - anyone done this and what is involved?

    * A good protection piece to add under the front bottom area is SpyderPop's The Original Bump Skid. * I installed one several years ago on my F3L and it has saved front end damage several times with such a low ground clearance. * Photos: the Spyder is up on stands ready for the Bump Skid...

Where are you from? Where do you live?

    * Northwestern Minnesota 50 miles east of Fargo North Dakota. * Our frigid winters keep the *riffraff* away. * With only 5 to 6 months of riding weather, we have plenty of time during winter to service our machines.

How do you get on your F3 limited

I too have *The Ultimate F3 Spyder Floorboards*. For me, and my pillion, they have proven to be worth EVERY dollar spent. They make mounting and dismounting sooo much easier on our F3 Limited. They are of a very high quality to boot.

Has anyone replaced their OEM Grips with aftermarket?

With my Leather Likes, I wear Held (brand) ventilated gloves every warm weather ride, and like you, I've never had a problem with sweaty palms. And, yes, in summer, it DOES get HOT here in NW Minnesota where I live.

Has anyone replaced their OEM Grips with aftermarket?

For the past four years, I've been using Lamonster's "Leather Like Grips". I like their smoothness meaning there is no texture to them and no worries about them getting wet as water rolls right off. Like other brands, they are fairly easy to slide over the oem grips with the right lubricant such...

About to pull the trigger on a 2023 or 2025 Spyder RT Dark - what am I really paying for? Any other major considerations on differences?

    * If you like a Digital Touch Screen dash, you'll like the 2025. * If not, the "simpler" dash on the 2023 is your other, more "rational" choice in my view. * Let us know what decision you make.

FYI - HCM Oil Filter Change

    * It IS a fact that you don't need BUDS for replacing the HCM filter. I know, as many others have known, having changed the filter ourselves. * The dealer's tech, demo-ing the RT, might say that as the dealer will charge an extra fee for plugging in the BUDS system.
