• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    Tucson Spyder I bought my Spyder at Ridenow on Ina in Tucson. So far so good, but nothing special. Will know more when I bring it in for 600 mile service. I've heard the ridenow on 22nd street in Tucson is better.

    I fill that baby to the top all the time. Have never smelled gas. If the tank is 6.1 or 6.6 or whatever I'm going to fill it. If BRP feels that this is dangerous they should make some kind of announcement or recall to fix.:lecturef_smilie:

    Well, here in Tucson it's always over 100 in the summer. Spyder doesn't seem to have any problems, although we don't have the humidity you do back east.:dontknow:

    How about a poll for the steering recall?

    Test drove my spyder before I bought it and the steering was "twitchy" this was before the recall was completed. After I received it,(recall done) it now seems more stable and responds great.

    SE5 shifting problem - new flavor

    Down shifting SE 5 I had a similar problem but I believe that I left some juice on the throttle and caused a higher RPM. I watch it now and make sure that I'm not accidently giving it gas as its down shifting to a stop. Anyway, its been fine since I began paying attention to it.

    I talked to the dealer rep about installing Battery Tender leads he said it takes a little effort but its not a problem. Not sure what he means by "a little effort". Anyone ever install the leads? Guess it means easily getting to the battery, that might be a problem, thanks
