• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Suggestions for Baskets For Spyderfest. HELP NEEDED

How about one with the BajaRon Bar and Heim joints; one with some tricleds and a Spyderpops bump skid plate; or some compilation of items from the site sponsors? I'm going to try to get the wife to accept this as a mini-vacation destination this year before the big vacation of her choice...

    Progressive Insurance

I have Progressive (8 years) for my 2013 RT LTD spyder, 2006 Piaggio X9 500 Evo, and 2004 Aprilia Atlantic 500, all for $435 per year, full coverage. I have USAA (31 years) for my home, two cars and my Honda Ridgeline. Never had an issue with either company raising my rates for any claim.

    Lifting the 2013 RT LTD

I got the HF Motorcycle/ATV floor jack, 1500lb capacity and 2 sets of the wheel dollies. After getting all of these assembled, put the jack under the left side and "oh-no" it won't fit. Moved it around to the right side and it slid right into place. The jack lifted it with no problems and...

    USAF - Happy 67th Birthday!

I was always given the option to not have to say "so help me God." as part of my enlistment oath, all 8 of them. (First 2 were because of delayed enlistment program, 3rd 1 was at Lackland, 4th one was at 3 years, then every 4 years after) You also had the choice to state either "I do solemnly...

    Off Topic - Scooter Question

I've ridden a lot of different scooters, including the Burgie 400. Like others have said, it can be a stretch for those with inseam challenges. But aside from that, it rode and handled exceptionally well, just like all the other ones. In addition to my 2013 RT Limited, I currently own a...

    anyone seen this bullet b4

I'm not sure where you come up with the idea that it will eliminate "pass through", as just about every round did pass through the target. This reminds me of the wad cutter hollow point .45 ACP round, which was designed to increase the expansion or "mushroom" capability of the round to...

    Vandalized Supercars

I believe the black one in the pic with folks in blue jumpsuits smashing it with hammers was due to the owner's dissatisfcation with the service/warranty from the manufacturer... The ones with the burnt cars in it I have never seen so don't know the story behind them.

Top Ten Three Wheeled concept Vehicles

You have to thank "Nanny" for the reduction in HP. A Aprilia RSV Mille can get 139 - 142 HP from the same engine. However for safety reasons, the ECM box on the Spyder detunes the engine to develop less HP.

OK I have realized that all men are CRAZY!!!!!!!!!!

It's not that we are crazy (although many will argue differently), it's just we are so easily entertained with simple things in life. If we can't find something else to do, then there is always the infamous "here, hold my beer and watch this..." game

    Oh well...

This poster, prmurat, closely resembles a nut-job that used to rant like this on the AF-1 Forum I read. All high and mighty and usually so full of $#!% that it was funny. Thought he went back home to the middle east, but I see he just moved out to the left coast. Welcome, murat, and if you...

You guys heard of Boom Trikes?

Looks like it has an articulated frame. Trike stability, motorcycle steering. Too low for me. Over there you would be likely to be run over by a lorry driver after you got through the chunnel. Not a good way to start your European Vacation :)

strang thing happened in NYC today

I guess the cops should be there 24/7, and their camera surveillance is questionable at best. Just to start up a new conspiracy, the flags were planted there as aiming points for RPGs when the terrorists want to drop the bridge and cut off access to Brooklyn. Why anyone would want to prevent...

Perform Alignment before or after swaybar install?

It would be better to get the alignment after the install of the new swaybar. With the new Heim joints being part of the kit, you should count the threads on the old heim joint, and try to have that many threads exposed when you install the new ones. That should have things almost back to the...

    Spelling

While I will admit to a certain level of angst over my spelling, I don't find it necessary to be like some of the spelling Nazis on some forums who delight in pointing out the mistakes of others, usually with a few spelling errors of their own in the reply use to chastize. I have developed a...

    Parking

Basically, the diagonal lines at the end of the parking row indicate DO NOT PARK HERE, but it has been my experience that a fair number of our fellow riders feel that certain rules do not apply to them and they can park anywhere they please. If you park there, and joe blow contractor with his...

is anyone still running windows xp

Just use the built-in Windows Files Transfer Wizard that comes with Win 7. Hook both computers up to your network switch, or use a cross-over cable to connect both ethernet ports and let the wizard walk you through the files and settings transfer. Much simpler.
