There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

New EBC Rotors and Pads (FA630V) on the front.
OEM Pads/Rotors at just under 10k miles:
- Pads: 1 mm
- Rotors: Warped like a Dime Store Potato Chip.
Hope these perform a bit better for a bit longer than stock...
Am a big believer in benefits of floating Rotors, but MTV's are a tad pricey. Has anyone found another source for floating rotors?
Ikon Shocks on order. Installed BR Ultra bar just after purchase. Front end should be pretty well dialed in.

(And, no, my right foot does not rest on the brake pedal...I just ride in a rather "spirited" fashion at times.)

What did you wire it to for the 12v power?Installed a blindside radar thing. Cheapest one (Weuaste brand) on the market (Amazon) at $58, but it uses the old 24GHz frequency instead of 79GHz.
Now I can tell if a pedestrian sneaks up on me

Did you run the display unit wiring in through where the mirrors mount? Where did you run the wiring for the sensor?
Does it actually work?
12v: stock gps power connector
Indicator wiring: goes through the mirror housing. Pop the mirror's cover off and there's a conveniently large hole for you to stick 2 small fingers into to fish things out (and panic when you think your fingers are stuck)
Sensor wiring: ran it up the left beneath the side luggage, past the side luggage compartment release cable, up through the hole where the rear passenger seat heater connection goes (as well as many other cables), fished through a hole or two to reach the center frame channel where all the other cables run, fished up to the front, then just random zigs and zags through the "engine compartment" to reach them mirror holes. There is only one connector (power) for the whole sensor system so it was pretty time consuming to run the whole indicators up to the front...

Does it work?: it detected me at a fast walking pace, so there's no reason it wouldn't detect a moving vehicle, I guess. Haven't tested it out in the wild yet. It supposedly has a 100ft range.

Getting fingers stuck is something I’m very good at when it comes to trying to hook wires out of tight spaces after being too lazy to take the Tupperware off. I’m also good at dropping small items down in places you never can reach them.

Thanks! I actually did over 15K miles per year the first two years I owned it, and have done a little less the past two years just due to life's circumstances. But this year is shaping up to be a big year.

HI @DOR55,
I have a 2023 F3 LTD SS and last month I installed EBC brake pads & rotors on the front. The left side OEM rotor was warped. At that time, my Spyder had 8,811 miles on it.
My Spyder still has the OEM brake pads and rotor on the rear. At some point I will get new tires (all around) and at that time I will have the dealership change the OEM brake pads and rotor.

If you are carrying a passenger and it’s in the rain, I’d make sure the airflow of the bike through the air doesn’t draw the spray far enough forward to create a line of water over their back, especially as you don’t have a top box.
Setting off on a long trip to find somewhere along the way you throw water up your passenger’s back might not make you overly popular.

Took an awesome ride through the Redwoods today. I just meandered along like the tourist do at around 45 mph on a 55mph posted speed limit. Honestly though, I'm glad they do drive slow, because its a narrow winding road with big drop offs into the river. Temps in Eureka were 55° & a light drizzle. On the Southern end of my ride, it was 102°, and yes, I took the jacket off and rode in a T-shirt - don't tell the ATGATT Police!

We are going to ride to Jimmy's Pizza in Stanwood, Wa today. Best pizza ANYWHERE, I have been going here for 15-20 years. It is a little under a hour there, and many back road options on getting there and returning. Making a couple shopping stops on the way home.

Yep. It turns out it is only about 50 miles from home. I had no idea! So, a quick 100 mile ride in perfect 75 F degree sunshine.

That's in my county where I grew up in Ohio!! I've also been to (now the 2nd longest bridge in USA) Windsor-Cornish Bridge on border of VT / NH
This bridge was named for the county engineer who helped preserve many covered bridges in county. This bridge was built in sections on river floor and hoisted up 150' to sit on abuptments or pillars
