• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Desperately seeking a way to save and keep my 2014 frunk lid when I trade the Spyder in - any suggestions?

Hello everyone,
I'm wanting to trade in my 2014 for a 2025. However, I have a hand painted mural on the front trunk that I would like to keep. I am desperately seeking a frunk lid in gray. I've looked everywhere. Does anyone have any suggestions on where I might find one? The mural has a very deep sentimental value to me and I don't want to loose it. Someone please help. I would be eternally grateful! I am located in the US (Flordia) if that makes a difference.

May I ask you what your intentions are for the painted lid? Are you going to store or mount this lid? If your intent is to replace this lid, get any color lid and repaint it gray with an OEM gray color... should be close enough. There are rattle can companies and you could DIY.
 
I want to keep the original lid (the one with the mural on it) and replace it with another lid so I can resell the bike. I can't find a replacement lid for a 2014 ST-S. Any idea if another model/year lid would work?

and look up the part number for the frunk lid. Do a search on the part number. I replaced over 20 parts on a damaged 2014 RSS with both new and used parts using this method.
