• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

My first was a 1948 Cushman Pacemaker scooter, bought it in 1954, about a year later, a Whizzer Sportsman. Wouldn't mind having either one of them again. john

    Man changes his name.

Kind of reminds me of a guy I met quite a few years ago, his friend told me that he changed his name legally on his 18th birthday. When I asked why, he told me that when he was born, his dad took one look at him and said to his mother "let's call it Quits". john

First New rear tire - now seems Twitchy in turns

If the person that changed the tire did anything to the axle adjustment bolts, there is a good chance it's out of alignment. As for tire pressure, I've run 18 in the front, 28 in the rear, with no problems, 17,000 miles on my first Kenda. john
