• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    F3 Rear Tires

Well I'm back and I got over 10,000 miles on the Yokohama S Drive tire. Now it's time to buy another rear tire. I have mixed feelings about this tire. I have to admit that 70% of the time, I was riding 2-up and pulling a trailer. When I'm on it by myself I can light-up the back tire quite easily...

The belt tensioner is a very expensive band-aid I must admit! But a welcome addition none the less. :D

    F3 Vibration

I rode 3150 miles to Sturgis and back and was experiencing vibrations at all sorts of different rpm's, load, no load, different speeds, gears etc. I was so tired of it I got home and ordered the belt tensioner from Smoothspyder, and 95% of my vibration problems went away.

    F3 Rear Tires

I like the experience you have wrote about. It speaks volumes about what to expect. The idea of little or no weights is a real plus. Could you tell me a good source to acquire this tire please? My original tire is junk, wear bars were showing in the middle of the tire after 4,000 miles. The...

    F3 Vibration

I have reported this to my stealership, and I got charged $50 for them to check and adjust the belt! There are more excuses on this forum about how this isn't a big deal! Drive around it! Get used to it? Report it to BRP! One excuse after another! No whining here! Just stating the facts to my...

    F3 Vibration

I agree, in this modern age and technology being what is, we should not have to drive around or shift around an irritating vibration. Perhaps BRP was so deep and needed to bring it to market to start recouping the cost of R&D. Any comments that state we should live with it, or drive it...

What's the deal with the back tire wearing out so fast?

I went on a 2700 mile trip and took my Spyder into the stealership to have the vibration problem looked at, and was told my rear tire was down to the wear bars. I said WHAT?! The bike only has 3100 miles on it! How could I need a new back tire?! I bought just over a month ago, and was trying to...

    F3 Vibration

I just took my F3 to the dealer to have them check the belt tension, hopefully they know what their doing. I get it back, same thing, vibration! I have two other bikes, both belt drive, no vibration. Why should I have to put up with a machine that was nearly twice as expensive with a belt...

    F3s tires! JUNK!

I got 3177 miles on the bike, I take to the dealer for the common F3 vibration problem, and I'm told the rear tire is down to the wear bars! I hadn't thought to even look at the rear tire closely, it's only a month ago that I bought it! *******g cheap ass tires!

    F3 Vibration

Well said, and I'm not a dyed in the wool can am fan, in fact I been a bit pissed about my purchase. After reading your posts and others I'm hopeful and going to get it figured out from the information on this forum and learn to love it, like the rest of you guys. I've been involved in other...

    F3 Vibration

I totally agree not having to ride around the vibration. I have had several bikes over years, many of them belt driven w/o vibration problems. I am really disappointed with mine, it's so annoying to ride. .
