• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    Quandry

Keep in mind that you will never see this day ever again, have another cup of coffee then get out and do something so you will remember this day.

well I think that we have exhausted the oil question. I think we can wait for the experts on all things transmission to chime in.

What is the best way to lift an RT Ltd to install the Baja Ron Sway bar?

This is the site for newbies and oldbies alike. The bike can be raised using a jack stand under the body of the bike, though I have been known to jack it up using the suspension arm and placing a jack stand under the lower shock bolt area then going to the other side to do the same. As...

    Dead Battery again

can't allow yourself to do that too many times, getting the battery changed can be a costly reminder, trust me I've been there.

    Thanks for the help...

I disagree, I have found that the Spyder folks will go way way way out of the way for one another. 2013 spyderfest Docdoru towed my bike from vendor village to the shop at the cost of a handshake.

The oil level is my first guess too. At operating temp the oil expands but below temp it may not be full enough to actuate properly. Second would be the paddle shifters, but since you can make it work at temp I am still on the oil thought. If oil is correct and you have had a proper oil...

    Sinking Feeling

I'm one of the lucky ones I have my spyder serviced a mile away from me, not that I trust the tech guys to put the panels on properly or store them properly when off so I take them all off and the bike rides naked for a mile to the shop. I change my oil so this is not a regular thing, but when...

    you never know when

I see a fair share of 4 wheelers being an issue but there seems to be a bunch of dumb riders not paying attention, speeding, and just looking to get hurt.

Spyder problem, no help in manual

the best way to remove that card is with a chainsaw. The sticking issue will be solved for good.

    see something new every day

I'm a bit too jaded with the history of seeing the standard tow truck, I'm not sure I would be able to live with my a** falling off laughing so much seeing that coming to my rescue. on the other hand, I have been known to be an early adopter and my curiosity might win our.

    What is under....

The battery hides under the seat and takes up that space in the back storage on the left side of the spyder as you ride it right side as you look at it from the front. I think the 2014 has that notch in it with the battery in the front of the spyder. Keep in mind this is free advice and worth...

    My curious pecadilloes

I say a little prayer before I hit the start button. The prayer is much more intense when there is a crown around me. Is it wrong to swear in a preyer? I thank the bike after a ride of any distance. If I wave to a rider and they don't wave back my middle finger gets a spasm.

Spyder Tv's recap of SOAR Homecoming to BRP Factory

Tom is going to hate that "wing wing wing" at our next meeting. Fair warning Tom, I mean Wing Man.
