• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Do you feel that the air scoops certain years and models have had added to alleviate heat issues increases drag ? My guess is yes though I'm not sure by how much. Agree or not ?

I agree on an academic level but the real world effect on this barn door going down the freeway is pretty small. The bike gets considerably better milage AFTER the recall.

In reality the 2013 scoops have less resistance than the OEM flaps that were there. The air flows through them not against and around them.

Have you seen the original "flaps", on the 2010 RTs?
They stuck out even more than the ears on a certain Prince Charles... :yikes:
They changed them for the 2011 model year, and have remained the same ever since.
