• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

balance beads

Can't find anybody willing to balance rear tire on RT yet! Thought about using balance beads! Anybody out there tried that approach? They have good reviews on line, what are your thoughts??

Have 3 1/8 oz. That's what the bike shop said the wheel needed. I'm no expert on them. I'd recommend seeking out a shop who has experience with them.

OK, thanks for the info, will do more research before tackling the rear tire project, but going to do it myself in the near future, darn stealerships not going to get my money this time!

Will add to rear tire also

While at Spyderfest got new front tires and Pitbull used the beads. I will get a new rear tire installed mid-June and I will add to that tire also. The only thing I know is that you want the GLASS beads and not ceramic (ceramic has microscopic sharp edges). As far as amount. I just trusted the installer to use the correct amount. I've only put about 3k miles on fronts...no opinion yet...

OK, thanks for info. Will check around local tire shops and see if anyone has or does the bead install, it still a little while before I need to replace tire but want to be prepared when its time!
