• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

You've got Mail!

Well the mail finally ran today after 10 days of no mail. I'm stocked back up in Ram parts for the dash mount. I'm still waiting on a UPS shipment out for delivery since last Monday.

I'm ready for spring.

I did have time to work on my web store a little bit and tried to make the Dash Mount page much better with clickable links to larger photos. Let me know what you think... I'm kinda limited with open source software but I'm trying.

Stay warm my friends.

You had no mail service for 10 days??? I have never had mail service stop except maybe for a day or two in 94 when the last earthquake hit.

That dash mount is a great idea; I really like the fact that I don't have to damage anything to use it.

Will it work with a radar detector, or does it need to be vertical positioning (such as a phone) to fit?

Humph.
So much for “Neither rain nor snow, nor sleet nor dark of night shall stay these couriers from the swift completion of their appointed rounds.”

They did them. It's just that the appointed rounds were probably temporarily changed to go from the PO to the next door coffee shop!! :roflblack::roflblack:

Nicely done..!!

glad that the lack of mail didn't hold you up. The site is shaping up nicely...:2thumbs:

Yep, no one will come down the road I live on when there is snow on the ground except everyone that lives back here. I'm hoping for some meltage today.

I assume it will work with a radar detector if your mount is compatible with the 1" B-Ball or 17mm ball. Just googling and found this one that fits in a 2 1/16" hole that has temperature and voltage.

When is the cold air intake coming.

I'm hoping to have that worked out by spring. I have all the buy out's and just need to make the throttle body adapter. I really want to cast the part from aluminum rather than machine it from billet. Working on the furnace and casting equipment right now.

I like it but still waiting on passanger cup holder.

UPS came by today and delivered the cup holder and it will not do... it looks great but it's a tad small. You just can't tell from the photos what something really looks like. I have 4 more styles on order today so I'm sure one of those will work with my mount.

Good ol' Cicero said this around BC referring to the Greek Military command runners( marathon guys) who sometimes died in the completion of their tasks:shemademe_smilie::banghead:

How about one for the 1330? When will that be available?

Yikes! I feel like the one armed juggler LOL. I'm always dropping the ball... I'll focus on that after the 998 prototype is done and the clamp-ups are done for the engine plant.

On another note one of the sample cup holders came in Saturday and I mounted it to my adapter and it looks pretty good to me. I have 3 more styles on the way...
