• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I ride a 2014 RTL. I have paired my zumo 660 with my Sena SHN10r helmet head set. I also paired my iPhone 5 with the Zuma. I can make and receive phone calls and I get my voice navigation prompts just find. My question; I have tons of music on my iPhone, is there any way I can listen to the music in my helmet and maintain my existing capabilities? If I pair the iPhone with the Sena, will I loose my voice prompts or my phone? Any help will be appreciated.

If you have upgraded your iPhone to iOS 8.1.2 or 8.1.3 they you can in fact use Siri to tell her to play your music.
In fact she is even smart enough now to do messaging, etc.

Just press the button on your Sena headset and Siri should come on. Then tell her to play a song, album, or whatever you like!

Google search how to use Siri.... this will be your best friend if you have an iPhone TRUST ME!

Hope this helps,
Bob

Thanks

If you need some help let me know.

I just got a iPhone 6+ a month ago and have learned a lot about how to use it on a motorcycle.

I use my Spyder to commute to work every day and the new iOS 8 it's freakin AWESOME.
Complete hands free operation when you use Siri which Sena headsets support.

Sounds like a personal problem :)

Works for me... I can place phone calls, send text messages, and tell her to play music and when I say that, a specific song or album! That is if you have your music library well organized!

Your Zumo 660 has MP3 capabilities, so you might consider that as your music source. I have far more songs on mine than I'll ever listen to. It also pauses the music whenever any other audio comes through, such as navigation or cell calls.

GO to your Itunes on computer..Xfer your songs to a micro sd card that your 660 has a slot for..Itunes is preaty quirky about their music.
I have my Itunes on a Ipod on my spyder in rear trunk I use to play them on Spyder..I have all my MP3 tracks on my 660 on micro sd card...
