• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Orange to Red

I get it you changed the frame rails, A-arms and Swingarm from orange to red. Makes sense now.

It's back together and ready to head to my guy to start building billet parts. I'll build the hitch tomorrow. :doorag:

Open Exhaust

It seems that every bike these days gets a louder exhaust system. I've done the same thing when the stock mufflers are off to put a slip-on aftermarket muffler on. Just started it and rev it to hear the engine completely unbaffled. I never take them out on the road that way as it's sure to get me a ticket although a good many Harleys are out there running straight unbaffled pipes each and every day. I like to be able to hear my motor run but I don't go for the ringing in my ears or the headache that comes from riding a bike that's too loud. Been there-done that with HK Big Straights on a 2007 Yamaha Roadliner 1900.

This is with a straight pipe and no muffler so it's way too loud right now. I'll be putting a Tailgunner on this bike.

Rotary Cannon

I like that rotary cannon gatling gun exhaust. Very cool looking plus they sound good too.

Some teaser pics from the F3 project. These parts were printed out and test fit before going to the mill Great way to prototype parts. Wait till you see the rest.
Oh and I do have a bolt-on hitch for it now. It turned out killer. :doorag:

thanks

I was going to make it adjustable but it put it too high for the look I wanted but it works out great and the angle it is now. I'm one of those guys that needs a gps to find my way home so this was a must have for me and I'm sure it will be for others too.

Any chance of Hitch pics 😎 Do you think you're gonna be selling them??? BTW everything looks great so far!!!!! My dealer just received their first F3 n I'm leaving shortly to go have a touchy feely session w it😎

Very nice-Lamonster

Hello,
New to Spyders this F3-S is my first. The manual didn't come with the unit so the dealer ordered one for me.
I have the one you started out with. My questions are very basic: How do you re-charge the battery on the F3-S? And can a CB/blue tooth/intercom
system be added to it? Are you planning to sell the gps mount that you made? I would be interested in getting one.
Thanks for your assistance.
Again your bike look great.

Curious with the nanny on the F3 if a hitch is fabricated. I have read that special programming has been done for the Spyders that have hitches as standard equipment. All this would not be the case of the F3.
