• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Wanting a trailer...buy 622 or wait...decision decisions

I've only recently begun the purchasing hunt for an RT-622 trailer, but they are becoming hard to find. My local dealer is having a hard time ordering one right now for me. If he can find one within 8-10 hours from Dallas/Ft. Worth area, I'd be willing to take a Spyder road trip to go pick it up (if the price is right). My 2011 RT-S is currently being outfitted with the hitch/wiring so if one shows up, I'll be able to get to it quickly.

I like the new look of the trailer, I think. The only thing I personally don't like is the black rims. I would prefer to have chrome wheels instead. Looking at the online catalogue, I don't see where chrome wheels are an option to choose, only comes with black rims. I'm not sure if an aftermarket rim exists or not.

My RT-S is the pure magnesium metallic paint, so if I have to go with the new Freedom trailer, I think I will have it painted to match my Spyder. The new paints are all the matte type finishes with no shine to them so I'd prefer then to have it painted.

Hopefully my dealer can locate an RT-622 for me!

....praying to find an RT-622 somewhere!

The basic RT ST trailer is $2995.(plain no frills black) The trailer with trim is $4199. Looks much nicer.

Have you called Louis there in Tx?

RT622 price

The RT622 in Australia is $10000.00 if you can find one. BRP Aust. does not import them any more.

I have a 622 and I'm happy I have it. Now here's a question I've not thought of before...can the trailer be towed by an ST, RS or F3?

I saw the trailer at a recent show. It wasn't bad, I can see where it might appeal to those who felt the 622 was a bit more pricy.

That being said, by the time I got the freedom trailer painted to match my RT. I might as well see if I can find a blue 622.....
