• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

stranded in Gettysburg PA

Put on 400 miles since the clutch master cyclender was filled and bleed. Now it is doing the same thing. The fluid is gone, the clutch won't engage. Where is the brake fluid going? I see there is a dealer in Hanover. Any ideas? On top of everything else I have been sick in bed for most of the day. I'm 350 miles from home. Missed every ride on the rally. :banghead:

I know nothing about the Hanover dealer but I do know that the dealer in Ephrata has a very good certified mechanic. That's where my bike goes and has always been fixed properly the first time.
Good people (Andy is service manager).
Very reasonable prices also, at least that has been my experience.
They are not to far from you either.

Hi, if you have or can download Roger's app
"Spyder codes" he has a list of all dealers in the state. Good luck.

I am told they provide good service, a number of folks from Baltimore go past the local dealer to get serviced up there.

Let's see..!!

I would recommend rebuilding the master and slave cylinders. In some cases where there is a loss of fluid and it is black and sludgy refilling and bleeding is not enough. If none is leaking to the ground it may be leaking into the crankcase....good luck..!!

Hanover Motosports provides great service. I purchased my 2014 from them and I traveled a little over 100 miles to get it serviced there bypassing 4 dealers that are closer.

clutch

My bike is in shop for the same thing it is the O rings , piston in the clutch ass. Look up 2013 -5 service bulletin in the forum it was posted 2 weeks ago. You can fill it again with DOT 4 and make it home because they will not have the parts to fix it parts on order. Picking up my bike today. Good luck

Just an incredible good experience with Motosports! Without notice I had my Spyder towed there only to find out the service department is closed on Saturdays. They said they would try to reach there tech on his day off. Within a couple of hours they called to say it was ready. How does that happen? They rebuilt my master slave cylinder. Bunch of o-rings and labor. So again, thanks to you guys and a big shout out for Motosports in Hanover PA.
From being stranded 350 miles from home to heading home with piece of mind tomorrow.
PS: Progressive insurance road side asistence was another great experience. Picked up in 35 minutes, no deductible, safely flatbeded to the dealer.

Wow, that is an awesome experience.......more dealers like that would be fantas:thumbup:tic for everyone.

My brother and I both got our 2014 limited spyders from them. Tammy and Ryan are good people.
