We had clucth problems on the way, so it looks like we aren't going to make it.

After leaving yesterday from home we stop in Edmonton to visit our kids (grandson). Leaving this morning the clutch failed.
The dealer in Edmonton was a great help looking at the bike. They tell us it's going to take 3 - 5 day to get the clutch and install it.
As this means it will be later this week before the job is complete we aren't going to have enough time to make the rally.

The good that came out of this is we get to spend a few great days with the grandson.

so sorry your ryde conked on you. But you are right getting some extra time with the grandson maybe just as great. Watch for photos and stories anyway and show them to the kids...:clap:

Boy that just sucks.... Sorry you had a super trip/ride stopped
because of that mechanical problem.
On the up side, you didn't have that happen in death valley

Clutch

So paid extra to have clutch sent overnight from BRP. Guess what still hasn't made it.
I guess we shouldn't be surprised.
