The panels were just two part numbers, it is listed as AIR SCOOP RETROFIT KIT. The part numbers are 219800343 and ...344 for the circuit yellow panels, 4 body parts and some other items.
I know, I can't find them either but that is what is on my invoice from the dealer.

219800344 1 KIT PANEL - YELLOW RH 333.99
This was from RideNow Powersports in Surprise AZ.
I just got the new side panels installed on our 2013 ST-S. I had the dealer do the work. The ride home was about 20 minutes. When I got home, the left side was still too hot to touch with my bare hand. I put my infrared heat gun on it and it showed as high as 162 degrees on part of the body work. Unfortunately, I never took a reading with the old panels so I can't compare.
It was 103 air temp yesterday when I rode home so a typical July day in AZ. I didn't feel the hot panel while riding because my leg sticks out a little while riding, but my wife is the primary rider so I don't know if this is going to be any improvement at all for her, since her knees rest against the bodywork. She doesn't ride in the hot weather anyway so we'll see later on in the year. If it doesn't work for her, I guess we sell and find something else.
BRP did not pay for this, I paid. The panels were 667 plus tax, install was 66 at the dealer. The panels were just two part numbers, it is listed as AIR SCOOP RETROFIT KIT. The part numbers are 219800343 and ...344 for the circuit yellow panels, 4 body parts and some other items.
I'm going to complain to BRP, knowing I'll just get the usual corporate run around, but I'll get it off my chest and move on. If the wife doesn't like it when she starts riding again, we'll just move on. Life is short, we probably don't have many riding years left so I won't be losing sleep over this.
Glad it is working out for others.
I haven't noticed any bad heat issues with my ST. Granted, I've had it for a total of 5 days, but took about four 45 minute+ rides over the weekend, and it got warm, but that was it. Temps were in the upper 80s.
Is this a problem that affects all, most, few, etc?
It is not unusual around here for cars that are sitting out in the sun getting too hot to touch so maybe it will be OK when better riding weather gets here. My wife actually liked it on the cold days, it helped keep her warmer. BTW, I just went into my garage and checked the temp on my bikes and cars, all sitting there all day not running. 105 degrees. I've had days over 110 in my garage. If they were sitting in my driveway in the sun, they would easily be 120-130, or higher.
I've seen reference to the JT air filter mod but I don't know what it is. Any link, please?
This is not the first bike to have heat management problems when wrapped with fairings. FJR and ST1300 earlier models, among many others. Manufacturers made modifications in following model years but I'm not aware of any that corrected these types of problems under warranty. I'm glad some were able to convince BRP to cover it, and if they do it for some, they should do it for all of us. But we all know that won't happen. So, like I said, I won't lose sleep over it, but if I can find some ways to make it better for her, I'll give it a try.
Thanks for the info guys. AZ, like you, my left knee never rests against the panel, so I don't really know how hot it can get. Since my legs are going to change anytime soon, guess it will be a non-issue for me.
On another note, I do notice that, sometimes, I get a little shudder on take off in 1st (SE5), and sometimes in reverse. Seems to go away when it's warmed up, but, again, only had it for 5 days.
Thought?
