• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Ahh you found it.

My next two pistols would be: Para Ordnance P14 (fixed sight, under barrel rail), and the 5" barrel Taurus Raging Bull in 454 Casull. :doorag:

A .454 in a 5" handgun...
Carpal Tunnel Syndrom; here I come! :D

I dig recoil; that sounds a bit more like punishment...

...Dug the .460 with the Bi-Pod.
I run the same setup on my Hand-Cannon whenever I can! :2thumbs:

My .375 JDJ has a real nice arrester on it.
All that they do; is greatly reduce muzzle-flip... And turn it into rearward motion!
When firing 300 gr pills at 2,000 fps; it was just about all of the fun that I could stand!

Got the 460 sw and the 454 Raging Bull. With factory loads the 460 almost hurts if you don't use the bipod.

What sort of loads are you firing in them? :dontknow:
projectile brand, type, weight and velocity...
How much of which powder, which cases and primers?

In the 460, its Federal Premium factory load 275 grain Barnes expander
In the Casull, same brand but 250 grain
Will reload my own once i get more loading stuff and bigger ba**s

I'm klnd of partial to the slugs from Hornady; but Federal usually builds some pretty decent ammo! :2thumbs:
What velocity are you getting out of them?

With my .375 JDJ; I get 2,050 fps with the 300 gr Hornady...
POTENT medicine!

A friend of mine got a really good deal on a 454 Casull. He bought it from someone that split his skull from the recoil, while firing for the first time. No thanks, I love to shoot but hate punishment.

I'm guessing that there's no recoil attenuator on it then... :dontknow:
If not; tell him to get one added! It can make shooting them enjoyable! :2thumbs: nojoke

The five incher I've been coveting, is factory ported. I imagine it would provide a nice light show at night!

Just back from an NRA fundraiser , didn't win any gun this year. :(

Wife won an auction for something she wanted though.
