• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I am trying to update the firmware onmy sm10. Im using the macbook pro i am following there screen instructions, get to 3% and then it quits. Ideas?

I presume you mean SMH10? The current firmware version for SM10 is 1.1 from Oct 2012.

Are you using Sena Device Manager for Mac V 2.0.1?

Also, the SMH10 takes firmware version 5.0.1, while the SMH10R takes 5.0. Are you trying to install the correct version?

If the answers to these questions don't help, I suggest you submit a Sena support request at http://support.senabluetooth.com/anonymous_requests/new

No it is the sm10. My current version is 1.0

Had the same problem. I have Parallels and have Windows 7 installed as a program on my Mac. I do my Sena downloads on the Windows side and it works great. The only problem is it is expensive to get all of this installed on your Mac. I would suggest you call Sena and see if they have done anything to make it Mac compatible.
