Thanks Joe. So it looks they have a new process for programming new keys for 2014. From your previous thread we know that the blade of the key is the same profile. What we don't know is if the transponder chip the same. If it is still the T5 chip used making clone keys will be the same. If there is a different transponder chip for 2014, then a new blank needs to be found with a matching chip to clone keys from.

Any volunteers that are locksmiths or know one want to drop their 2014 key into a cloning machine and find out what chip it is?

I can't think of a reason why cloning wouldn't work... but I'm no expert!
