• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Givi & hitch?

Does anybody have a frame mount trailer hitch AND Givi bags? I want the extra capacity of the bags, and am planning on a Lee-Sure Lite pop-up camper for some trips this year. Thanks.

The hitch and the Givi bags won't work together. I've got the Givi bags and Forest who rode with me in Daytona has a trailer hitch. Looking at the two side by side there's noway the two would work together, the racks would lack about 1/2" to 1" of clearance over the hitch frame.

Might check out Corbin's hitch and see if it might work with the Givi bags

Classic Trailers In Queensland Australia do a hitch that is fine with the I7 rack and Givi bags.

Keep in mind that there are two types of Givi bags and racks. The countoured PLX racks for the V35 bags may have a real hard time with interference, but I suspect the straight Industry7 PL racks would stand a better chance...or need less modification.

Hard to say how that hitch is mounted. I would NOT use a hitch that was mounted to the swing arm.

The Bushtec seems to do it correctly - not to mention they have the wiring all figured out so as not to cause limp mode problems.

I'm ordering a Bushtec unit soon - and a camper to pull behind my Spyder!
