• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

can not ride bike

Knee

I just had mine done last Tuesday, Excercise as much as you can. I have been able to move from crutches to a cane and sometimes I can walk without any aids and I am sure it will be better once I get my stapels out on Wed.

hope your surgery went well today! heal fast and heal right. don't skimp on the pt. like it has been said numerous times, the more pt and time you spend exercising the new joint, the quicker you will be riding that spyder again! gods speed!

Have a Good Recovery

My mother-in-law just had her left knee replaced very recently and she just turned 79. The physical therapy is kind of tough for her but necessary. I'm trying to avoid a back surgery and one on my right knee. Those two issues will be the reason for going to my first Spyder from the two wheeler I now have. If it gets so bad that I'm not able to hold up a two wheeler I'm in for a new RT. Hope your recovery goes smoothly and quickly!!

knee

I hope everything went well with your surgery, they told me no driving for 2 weeks with mine but a Spyder falls under riding Right!?

I'm 68 and just had my left knee done on the 31st of January. Was out of the hospital on Feb 3rd, went straight home. Working hard with PT, now have full weight bearing, and 90 degrees of flex. Using crutches instead of walker. My goal is to be back on the Spyder by middle March, and I will be at Spyderfest. Here's wishing you the best. Set your goals but don't over do it.

I will post a picture of my first post surgery ride.

I work in Physical Therapy with knee and hip replacement pts. and you definitely are an ideal pt. I'm sure you will continue to do well and will be riding by your goal date.
