• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

took spyder out for a 250 mile cruize yesterday with the better half we started day at around 30 degrees and i have to say heated seat was great .... the comfort of this seat was awesome for me and my girl loved it too .... also installation wasnt too bad either except for crappy way they hook up power lead but lamont helped out on that end ...
personally i think this is the best mod i have done yet ... http://www.spyderlovers.com/forums/...hment.php?attachmentid=880&stc=1&d=1234454301

Yeah, isn't the heated seats great!? Glad to hear you're loving your Corbin seat. It's definitely one of our best investments.

Ruh, roh... extra large windshield is next! :yikes: :D

AM putting new corbin seat on, mine has no gap on the left side where the seat meets the grab bar for the rider and a 3/8 of an inch gap on the right side between the seat and the grab bar. And I really have to offset the oblonged bracket holes in order to use seat lock.. Any one else have these issues..???? Maybe I am just too fussy....:dontknow:

First thing I did was make a drop bar so the stock ram doesn't tweak the seat. I think Corbin got rid of the stock ram and did the same thing.

Next I got rid of the locking pin. I see no real reason to use it.

I just slotted my holes a little longer too so I could move the seat back a bit.

Did you buy a older seat cuz corbin puts prop rod on seats now

I bought the seat last fall from a guy who sold his spyder due to back issues. the seat was never out of the box.... I looked at the corbin site and seen they had a little rubber bumper on the end... Will make a rod tomorrow....

Mine are heated and have the back rests... Sat on it already what a difference... cant wait to get risers on tomorrow...

My Corbin fit fine, I even got the damper to work right, but had to turn it around from the way it was installed on stock seat.
