Going down to NYC at the Javits center in 2 weeks with Roger and maybe Bill Pitman for the International Motorcycle show on the 14th. How many still remember Roger.

Ticketbait, what did you think of the new silver color? And the red seat? And the cognac color?

:agree: I agree... that Silver doesn't seem to be a glossy type of paint... It looks good in the picture!:thumbup:

Matte Paint Finishes

The new matte silver looks nice but since Harley Davidson came out with their "Denim" paint finishes several years ago I have seen a lot being said about how easily these paints can be scratched or otherwise damaged. Victory also has had some bikes available with similar matte finish for at least a couple years now. The biggest draw would be the no-wax advantage as the finish couldn't develop swirl marks in it the way glossy ones do.
