• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I got my :spyder2: Welcome Kit today, exactly 3 months to the day from the day I bought it. It had the usual stuff: Patch, pin, cards to give your friends, clothing/accessory catalog, and a welcome letter with my first name and a picture of the (almost) model I purchased. I can understand why it takes them so long to get them to you. :banghead: First, they have to type your name and address into the software. Then they have to select the right printer from among three. Then they have to print out the (almost) personalized letter, put it in the folder, put the folder in the outside envelope and stick the address label on it. They can probably only process 1000 or so per day.

I bet you can't wait to see what happens when you send in for your 5000 mile pin. :roflblack::roflblack:

OK .. bad joke but I couldn't resist

Don't know..!!

how long it took for my welcome package but then I knew nothing about it so I did not expect it. Now the pin I must of hit the right moment to send in for it. I got two..one in a plain envelope with a letter and one in a black velour bag with the red "y" spots with a letter as well. I think they send them out quarterly... But you got it...:2thumbs:

Not Yet

Well, it's been 5 months since I bought my :spyder2: and still no packet even after I call BRP last month. :gaah:
