• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Hello, I have a new 2013 Sts . I live a pretty good distance from my nearest dealer and I wanted to know of a brand and weight of motor oil I can use to add when i need a little. Also same info as my coolant level is a tad low. Thanks in advance for any help.

Amsoil...Check with Bajarom, one of the sponsers here.....Can't go wrong...Get his performance plugs and oil filter also....

Prestone 50/50 mix for coolant. As for Oil do a search for Oil there are tons of threads. There are deals to be had With BajaRon on the home page banner-Amsoil/Filters

Let's see..!!

On the coolant..any 50/50 that is safe for aluminum engines
Oil..your manual has some minimum spec's for that but if your ordering it Amsoil is good and the xps as well...
If you can find out what oil was put in your roadster that would help.

If its something you need right now, Walmart will likely have
Valvoline 10-40 synthetic motorcycle oil, JASO MA2 rated.
You can mix oils.

CASTROL RS Racing 4T 10w40 Full synthetic meets all the BRP specs and is usually available locally at most O'Reillys, Advance Auto, etc.
(I recently saw it on sale for $7.99 a qt at O'Reillys)

It is rumored BRP oil is actually CASTROL with their own label. If so CASTROL should mix well with the BRP oils...

:agree: I buy from BajaRon. Amzoil is one of the best oils you can buy and you can mix it other oils that are used in all Spyder's.
