• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

STURGIS 2013

Just rode 3800 + miles in one week and my 2011 RTS-SE5 :spyder2: performed like a dream :yes::yes::yes::yes: Not a single error code or indicator light the whole trip.:clap::clap::clap: Will post pics later.

Do many spyder riders go to Sturgis? I heard it was mostly a Harley thing, and that those riders didn't care for folks on other machines. I may have been misinformed though, so feel free to pass along your story!

I went this year for the first time. It was obviously mostly Harleys but I did see quite a few Spyders. Only one Harley rider gave me a thumbs down. Lot's of folks asked me about my Spyder and how I liked it. Everyone was very friendly and courteous. Lot's of good rides in the area and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

Sturgis was an Indian thing when it first started.

I stopped counting after 30 :spyder2: sightings. I was asked a lot of questions and everyone was respectful. This was my first time to Sturgis and the Black Hills are some of the most beautiful rides in the country. I Recommend one trip to Sturgis in your lifetime if you can. My my pics are too big to attach. I'll have to try something else :banghead::banghead::banghead:

I had to re-size some of my pics. Created an album titled STURGIS 2013. Will add more as I get them re-sized.:yes::yes:

Sturgis

Hey glad to see you had a good time , My nephew was there to and had a blast, He had a Blue HD Classic did you happen to see him? :hun::ohyea: Anyway he said there were a lot of :spyder2::clap::clap::clap:.

Been going to Sturgis for 15 years without a break. In 2010 switched from HD to RTS and only saw one other in Sturgis. This year I am guessing we must have seen 50 plus. Seems like us old guys are moving to comfort. I have a lot of heat on the RT, but nothing like my 2007 Glide. I was amazed this year and last how many HD owners were queuing for test rides at the Can-Am place. Never had an issue with HD owners about the Spyder other than too much interest!
