There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. BajaRon's RT Anti-SwayBar COMPLAINT!

Don't you all think it's time for a complaint about BajaRon's anti-sway bar? I got one or two. Got a 2012 RT that was supposed to be my go to ride when I didn't feel like holding my hog up from time to time(not totally recovered from major crash last year). Well the wife took a ride on the RT and decided it needed the new bar. We put it on and I haven't been able to ride the RT since! And here's another complaint, when we road together before the new bar I could lose her in the corners without even trying. Now with the new bar she sticks to me like glue. So there ya go. Two complaints. Lost an RT and can't shake the wife so I can go to the next bar and have a beer while waiting on her. This is looking like one expensive anti-sway bar since another RT may be in the future.:banghead:

Here's an easy solution: unhook one of the lower end-links. The handling will turn to crud; she won't want to ride, so you get it back!

Na, I won't do that to her. It's too much fun seeing an ear to ear smile in the mirror. But who would have thought a sway bar could cost more than the purchase price. Plus it does give me other things to look into like triking the Harley and looking out for a good used RT. One of these days I'll get to ride it again so I too can tell just what kind of improvement it is. Between the sway bar and SealBoards it must be A LOT better if that smile says anything.

Don't worry, as I am sure it will need the service work done. Then you will get to ride it again.

I Admit It ....

... I "stole" spydercowboy's ryde! But, in my defense, he's the one that suggested I even TRY ryding it!! :D MC accident on two wheels nearly 20 years ago put me off bikes for all this time ... then about 18 months ago I spotted the Spyder and started wondering. Well, with spydercowboy's ankle being in the shape it's in (non-union, after 14 months), it made sense that HE would be interested in 3 wheels. :chat: So, I didn't question his suggestion that we take a look and, when we did, the dealer said BRP had just that day announced 0% financing on the 2012's (September 2012). HMMMMM ... didn't take long to "do the math" and take the leap. :):) Plus, this gives us the opportunity to ride together, something we've not been able to do for a long time (I'm the worlds worst passenger as I drive a motorcycle from the rear seat ... and I GUARANTEE I don't lean like the driver does, or wants to). So, I had to be on my own machine ... or not ride with spydercowboy. We thoroughly enjoy riding with the Patriot Guard and I attend as many missions as work will permit.

Oh, now that spydercowboy has had his ankle repaired (yet again, bone graft) ... I suspect he may have to ride the spyder until his leg is strong enough to support the HD. Doc has already said no weight for at least 8 weeks and then limited after that for ???? more weeks.nojoke Either way, I'm sure he'll get some ryde time on three wheels at some point in the next several weeks. Wonder what happens to his "complaint" at that point?

Ryde safe ..... Ann
