1+r Elka

I have a 2012 rt
I just picked up a set of 1+ r how do the they mount rebound adjuster on top or bottom?
mine only mount with they adjuster on top
but from the pics I have seen they are mounted with the rebound adjuster on bottom
The mount's are a different size from top to bottom

Rebound adjustment on the Bottom!!! nojokeNote: When I first put on my Elka,s 1+ it seemed like the top did not want to fit in the frame???? I called John at Elka and used a C Clamp to compress the top fitting somewhat and it fit fine!!!
