There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. Revzilla and Honda Toledo East

Talk about fantastic service. These two companies have fantastic customer service. I ordered a Air Hawk R seat cushion for my RT on Thursday, it was at the house when I got home from work on Friday. I ordered a travel cover from Honda Toledo East on Thursday, it was delivered today.

Their Customer Service Reps where very knowledgeable and very helpful. I am a pain in the butt when it comes to Customer Service, and both of these companies have gone above and beyond anything I could have ever expected and I will order from both of them again.

Way to go Revzilla and Honda Toledo East.

I've bought a few things from Honda Toledo East, they're always willing to deal. BRP like most companies a minimum price that can be advertise. Call, email or send them a pm from Spyderlovers and you get a really great price.

Honda Toledo East

I bought a set of ryding boots from them for next to nothing, they shipped them free and they got to the house in a hurry. I have been watching their site and planning my next spending spree.
They are great :2thumbs:

Honda East and Revzilla are both top notch! I've bought stuff from both with nothing but good things to say. Revzilla is also in Philly and are in the process of moving to a new, very large, location.

Good to hear..

Good to hear that there are still some outfits that care about there image and their customers. :2thumbs:

Toledo Honda East-Prices great/delivery wait

I also bought the Can-Am boots recently, at a steal, and a BRP half cover a couple of months ago. Prices were fantastic but I had to wait about 10+ days on delivery for both items. That is the longest wait I have ever encountered. It took three days and four days to leave the store. Glad I wasn’t in a rush.

I just put in a price request for most of the chrome options for my 2011 RT so I will let you know if they can deal or not. My dealer
quoted me $1,588.49, catologue price is $1,764.99. Dealer will charger .85% sales tax but no shipping so this will be interesting to see where I get the best price. Amazon comes in at $1,450 but I rather support a dealer.

g Thanks for the tip,
Randy

Doug, where are they moving to? It has to be better than the little ally way...:roflblack: My first time there it took me about 15 tries of driving around the block looking for it.....Great service, most of my gear is from there.

I agree, we were surprised at how small the current place was. Their inventory at that place is VERY limited right now too....since they are moving.

They are moving to the Navy yard. Some big huge custom built complex from what the guy was telling us.
It is supposed to be completed and them moved over there by the end of this month. Should be a pretty cool place from what we were told. We'll see.... Maybe get a group of us together for a ride over once they open?..:doorag:

Thanks for all the support guys! Without awesome customers like spyderlovers members it wouldn't be possible!

I purchase a pair of can am riding boots from them and they were too small, they exchanged them, no questions asked. Great company to deal with, I highly reccomend them.

I purchased by '12 RT Limited from honda East and there's a real good chance I'll be purchasing my '13 from them by months end.

The purchase of the '12 went great. Since I'm 3 hrs away, most of the process was via e-mail with only 2 trips to Toledo (trade in drop off/sign paperwork and '12 pick up).

Well I place my order with Toledo Honda.. they saved me $565.39, thier total for all the chrome less the mirror covers: $1,455.23 with shipping, my local dealer (with 10% discount) $2,020.62. They were friendly when I place the order and took the time to double check that the order was correct. I love to work with no bull dealers like this, wish they were in WA state

Ordered the CanAm boots yesterday. Can't beat the price. Haven't seen a shipping e-mail yet though.

Tony

We had an overwhelming interest from everyone here on the forum and from our own website. Our stock has been wiped out, so your boots had to be ordered directly from BRP. We should be receiving them in the next 2 business days. Once they ship out you will receive a shipping email with tracking information.

Got my boots yesterday.

Got my Canam boots delivered yesterday. Tried them on and they do fit but they're tight. I think they'll stretch though. Pretty good pair of boots for $58. I will definitely look at ordering from them again when I need BRP parts.
