• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

All Point Bullintin - Looking for a fellow Syder that I've seen around the Gaslamp area of San Diego. Spyder suspects parks his ride in a condo next to the Gaslamp Marriott.
Since buying my RT in June I'veseen very few in and around San Diego. Would like to hear from fellow riders in my area. I'm sure I could learn a lot 10/4

Funny, reading this brought back some old memories. I built and erected the "Gaslamp" sign years ago. The sign is 55' long and the beam sets in pockets that were welded on a tapered column. I had a heck of a time getting those angles right in the yard. We had to shut down the road to hang the sign and they only gave us an hour so it had to fit right the first time and it did. :doorag:

Also those flags are on a pulley with a cable running down the center of the columns with a weight on the end of the cable. Had to play with that a bit to get the flags to hang right but still move when the wind hit it. That was one of my marks I left on San Diego that I'm pretty proud of. The good ole days :doorag:
