You do get what you pay for; right? :thumbup:
But... in a suburban, low-speed environment; they might just fit the bill!
Sometimes,;
But then not every one can afford a 30 thousand dollar ride, So they do serve a purpose.!
Just like Walmart does, Not every one can afford to shop at Lord and Taylor!
Being Smug about a different Inexpensive ride is not a endearing trait.
at least they got the mirrors out of your hands way
:agree: I'd love to see one of them on the road just so that I could get some first-hand information about them...The riders of the new machines are just as enthusiastic as we are and will still get a wave.
Do Taurus riders do the same to us as we to riders of these machines.
Really, guys, lest we forget, we had great times on our 250's didn't we.
I remember when the Honda Dream 250 SS came on the market back in England when I was riding a Tiger 90 350 cc.
"Piece of cheap Japanese junk" folk were saying. My dad was pathologocally opposed to anything Japanese and he almost had a coronary when I rolled up on a brand new one. He couldn't stand the sight of it until one day when his Ariel square four quit running for need of new plugs and the only thing available was my Honda.
"Bloody gear change is on the wrong side....where the hell is the kick starter."
The little spark plug store was only about ten minutes away but dad came back after an hour with a huge smile on his face. Thereafter, I had to hide the key.
