Decided to take a short 20 mile ride before getting ice cream last night.
First Nan kicked my helmet off the deck down 5 steps onto the driveway. Scratched my shield and helmet up, she owes me a new helmet!
Then a City Cop follows me thru town, I was speeding. Seem to drive faster with the RT than the GS for some reason.
Then a pickup turns left in front of us with a trailer with a 250 gallon water tank on it, not tied down. The tank came off & slid down the road in front of us thankfully changing lanes before we hit it, water all over the road. Car coming at us missed it, but must have been exciting for him for a couple of seconds.
left the ice cream stand & a guy two cars in front of us decides to take a left into the liquor store, car coming from the other direction hits him, both go in the ditch, nobody hurt.
A mile from home we drove thru a flock of bats, that was just strange, they all avoided the windshield.
It is exciting riding a Spyder!
Oh made it home just in time to watch the International Space Station streak across the horizon.
