• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Checking Connections

I keep hearing about checking electrical connections on the Spyder. does anyone have pics they can post of what connections everyone talks about? Also what connection under the seat is not supposed to be messed with?

The one never to mess with is the negative jumper post under the seat. It shows through the plastic panel on the right side, toward the rear. It has a big "-" sign printed on the plastic near it. You can't miss it.

And most of the rest

Are located in the Frunk Fuse Box, you have fuses and relays in there that can become lose or not seated all the way from vibrations. There are also fuses under the seat as well. And then the battery terminals themselves need to be checked often to make sure they are tight. Sorry, but I don't have any pics of them, but are easy to see and find and check:thumbup:

Too Late, did that the 1st week I had it. solved that problem by buying bolt that screwed into frame and made cable holes big enough for bolt to pass through. Thank you J&J Fasteners.
