Baker CanAm Spyder RT Air System

Yep, I've got it on my 2011 RT A/C. Works great. Bruce was offering it at Spyderfest but I ran out of time so had him install it at his place later.

Thats just what I wanted to hear. I will get it ordered fron Bruce today. Getting tired of having to put air in the shock every week.

Looks like it does the same thing. I have a hard time buying that it can make that big a difference in the aim of your lights, but I have never really tested to see what the delta is between all the way down and all the way up.

If your lights are adjusted when the rear shock is at near minimum inflation, increasing inflation on the fly will cause the headlight beam to lower noticeably.

I've got to admit that what the letters stnad for has escaped me for the moment... pps: It is of course, BRP's onboard suspension adjusting system. You can add it to your A&C if you wish...
The kits are all over EBay; I picked one up for $418 and some change
They say that it's about 3.5 hours to install it; I let the dealer do it and it cost $325... money well-spent! :thumbup:

Okay.... seems to me the Baker setup is better... as it actually has a gauge.... and can double to fill your tires up.:thumbup:

I may try to make my own setup like this... already own a slime compressor.......

Baker air wings are great. Had them on a wing and now the Spyder. Really helps on those summer rides. As far as the air ride you're better off installing an onboard air compressor. Cheaper, more heavy duty and you have a visible gauge to adjust air pressure at any time.

Sounds like the way to go.. although I think there's room under some tupperware where that Air LIft unit can go......

One of our own did this very thing...
I'm drawing a complete blank on who it was... pps:, but he was talking about converting his "A&C" into an "S".
There was a decent amount of discussion about it and I think that he even posted a video.
I think that he mounted the guts of the system back in the top trunk behind the front panel; a very sano setup for sure! :thumbup:

Baker Air Wings

Has anybody installed the baker Rt air system? Any feed back from those that have it would be great.

I installed them yesterday. Very easy to do. I definitely can feel the difference in air flow on the short rides. but haven't done anything lengthy yet.
