• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

RT Handlebar Risers?

MarkLawson

RT-S PE#0031
Does anyone make them? I'm having a lot of pain between the shoulder blades. I solved that problem on the Goldwing with risers. & was thinking the same might help here.

You're thoughts?

Not sure if it would help. At any rate, there are no risers available, as yet. You will have to wait to see what develops in the aftermarket. I have recurrent shoulder problems, and Nancy's Spyder can bother them a lot, even with her ESI risers. To be fair, so can my bikes. I haven't been able to ride my RT-S much, but I have noticed some discomfort between my shoulder blades. I'm sure it is mostly due to the width of the Spyder bars. They are wider than most motorcycles. At any rate, it means I will change my routine at PT to build up and stretch the shoulders more, and get the muscles balanced. Been down this road before, and that was the sure cure.

RT Handlebars

I do have something on the drawing board over here at Kewlmetal.....

I could tell you more, but then.... well you know...

Mad Matt :D

We will have ours going into production next week should be out in Feb.

Errr, February of what year? Not to criticize but my wife is experiencing shoulder pain and could use a set of risers for her RT. I understand HeliBar has a set in development also. Who will be first, Kewlmetal or HeliBar?

:oldpost: Sorry, but no risers ever materialized, and there are none in development anymore, to the best of my knowledge. It was just too hard a nut to crack. Sometimes nothing is as easy as it seems.

I guess MagicMan's mission has gone another direction since he's not released any updates...

Well Down here in Florida, it seems apes are all the rage, So I was wondering what the machine would like like and how it would handle.................Never mind.
