There's been some life events that has caused a delay in me posting anything but I'm going to go ahead on with the BBQ this year and trust that it's all going to workout.ray:

Please vote on the poll as to what dates you plan on being here. I really need to know how many people I'm feeding on Thursday and Saturday.

Sept 6- First day would be a workshop at my place. I would need folks that are willing to bring some hand tools and be willing to help others work on their Spyder. We could show folks how to change oil, check belt tension and even install accessories. I'm sure there are plenty of capable SpyderLovers that would be willing to either do the work or help teach someone that was willing to learn. We could help with the tools and help you if you get stuck on something. Everyone else could just watch and fellowship and maybe cook some burgers and dogs.

Sept 7- The next day we will ride. As you all know there are a ton of great riding spots in the area and I can think of some good routes that would pretty much take up the whole day and you would never see the same thing twice.

Sept 8- The last day would be the real BBQ where I would bring in my guy and we would do like we have for the last few years. Plan to eat at 2pm. From there you could head back home or hang around, that would be up to you.

• Date- Sept. 6-7-8 Work on Spyders on the 6th, Ride the hills of East TN and NC on the 7th, BBQ on the 8th

I have stated this before but,...I plan to bring a trailer load of tools....I can help with "cold air intakes" on GS/RS/RSS..risers....oil changes....air filters...camber shims....and some surprises.....see ya all there :clap::yes: :2excited: :bbq:Mike :thumbup:......Thankyou LaMont

Is it possible to post the Cords of your place? Long/Lat? Use any type Cords
because I can convert them to the kind I use if different?

Was going to pitch a tent there if that is still OK?

Lamont, can I get a set of NBVs on Thursday? I'll need help with the installation. If that's possible, I'll see if Spyderpops will have his blocker for the right side too. My mechanical skills are very limited...

Thursday needs to be our travel day. We have a prior engagement that prevents us from leaving on Wednesday.

Z and I will be there for the ride on Friday and the BBQ on Saturday.

Cant wait, see you in Sept.

Sofia(SDM) and I will be there all three days,we have use of a cabin in Newland,NC for the week.Looking forward to this as I missed it last year(did not have my Spyder yet) Sofia was there and saw the photos. Thanks LaMont:bowdown:

Big Thank You for the BBQ and especially your masterful management of this site and professional advice. I'll be there for the full three days. Looking forwrad to learning as much as I can about my RT Limited on Thursday. Hope to get some mods installed, but don't want to carry home and spare pieces ("splash" pans/noise panels) if I get any "heat" management mods. Don't want to make this too long but wanted to thank you for all you do for the Spyder Lovers all over the world. Best of luck to you!!

Kris (Bruisersbaby) and I will be there Wednesday evening. Staying at the Jameson Inn in Greeneville. I will be happy to turn wrenches on Thursday or cook or whatever else needs to be done. Kris said she'll be glad to help. She was Harveys scheduler at Maggie Valley last year. We will also donate to the cause. Never been to Lamonts but looking forward to it. Hope the racoons will be there as well.

The husband and I will be there for Saturday's cookout.

I'd love to be able to join in Thursday and Friday too, but it's not possible because of work.

Lamont there will be 6 of us in a group from Fl. We will be coming in Thursday afternoon and plain on stopping by to say hello if we get in early enoughray:.
