Spyders in the Redwoods August 5 thru the 9th

I'm going to Spyders in Redwoods leaving Sunday the 5th of August from Windsor, CA which is about 60 miles north of San Francisco on Hwy 101 if anyone is interested in riding up together please let me know and we can ride as a group.

Don't know the route yet, but am so jazzed right now:yes::yes::yes: My daughter just told me today that her leave was approved, and she is flying out from New York to ride with me :clap::clap::clap:

I'll be stopping somewhere between Hollister (probably Hollister) and Petaluma on the 4th and leaving from there on the 5th. Will be passing right through Windsor. Will have one other with me.

This is my current route planned to get back. The way back, I'll be travelling with family in a cage behind me. There are some planned stops along the way. but anyone who wants to follow along is welcome. This trip back is planned to take 3 days.

So if I understand your route your going to cut over on Hwy 128 and travel up Hwy. coming back in at leggett and than head north to eureka - if so, that will be a long run and be aware their isn't much fuel north of Ft Bragg and if your find it, it will be costly. But a great ride. You could also head west out of petaluma and catch hwy1 and ride the coast all the way up. Ron

Thanks. I had planned on taking the coast highway. getting there took a lot of debating and google maps street views, etc. and balancing the ride with the time. We will be passing right through Windsor if you wanted to join us. Looking at there being 3 Spyders in our group right now.
