• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Gas Station Checker

Anyone know of an app, web site, google maps that will allow me to put in my route and locate gas stations along the way. We are headed to sturgis through some pretty off the Interstate routes and would just like to check my gas options. I am the only spyder in the group and with the speeds we sometimes run I get way down in the low 20's for gas mileage/100 mi per tank.

Thanks Tony

Do you have an iPhone?

If so there is an app called 'AroundMe'.
You can find gas stations, hotels pretty much anything.

If you don't have an iPhone, what do you use?
I can look it up for you.

your GPS will spot stations, do you use one. Our RT 2012 came with one and it will do that

Gas Buddy

Take a look at the Gas Buddy app - available at least on the iPhone. You can search for gas stations by city, zip, or your current locations. It will give you addresses and prices. I think you can also use gas buddy.com

I have to agree with the others, Gas Buddy is probably the one, as it shows the gas prices.
