• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I WANNA RYDE

Spyderfest was awesome. Unfortunately, my spyder has been in the shop 3 weeks since then, non drivable for one week, and I (and AAA) trailered it back to the dealer today for (i hope) one more week. missing great riding weather, and not real happy.

On another note, I want to say STAY SAFE OUT THERE! I am covering radiology for a trauma center and four hospitals. all nite for the next week, unfortunately. Have been seeing quite a bit of motorcycle trauma. Tonite have had one MC and two ATV accidents and only here for two hours.

thanks, but i'm the lucky one. got a job i can do with two bad shoulders. no complaints. don't have to stick needles or do procedures much any more. very lucky.

when it comes to needles, my experience is : it is always better to be the stick-er than the stick-ee. been on both sides and thats a fact

So, what's wrong with your Spyder? That's just not right, not being able to ride. We going to see you at Lamont's in Septemer?

It is so sad to hear about your spyder. It is such a beautiful bike with your new seat and dash. Hope you are ryding again real soon. Take care. Penny

1. The ultimate seat is great, the few times i have been able to ryde.
2. THe spyder is more of a problem. shifter wouldn't shift into 2nd. the tech was sure it was because the ISCI footboards were inhibiting the movement. Seemed strange to me, because if i could manage to get to 2nd, no problem getting to 3rd, 4th, or 5th. But what do i know!!!! after 3 weeks in the shop, i drove off and still couldn't get it out of first. had to leave it back at the dealer, and endure the wrath of a spouse that had to leave the mall and come back to pick me up. painful.
anyway, happened before and after spyderfest, and his suggestion was to change footboards. my short legs only liked the highest setting, which was apparently causing the problem. No fault of ISCI, only my anatomy. so i ordered a Seal floorboards, and had to wait for it to get here.
Also, was getting a hitch put on. amazing at the number of trailers available if you take the time to look. didn't want to spend a mint, and ended up ordering from a company in greeenville, sc, just down the road. it will be similar to Schultzi's.
So now working 7 all nite shifts, and can't pick up spider until next weekend.
This site is keeping me going. not much to do at 3 or 4 a.m., but syderlovers always there.
Penny and Mark, good to hear from you. hope all is well
