• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Glad you both got off the road for the worst of the weather! Hope the sun comes out tomorrow as you continue your separate rides. Safe riding.

You'll be only about 70 miles East of me at VB. Be prepared for more rain showers as you come this way, most are just light showers so should be pleasant riding.

Karyl I'm glad you two got there in time before the big storm. Great meeting you at Spyderfest. Be safe on the rest of your travels and I'll pray for blue sky's !

It was so nice to meet and chat with you on the last night. I hope you can catch the ferry to NYC. Safe and dry travles.:ohyea:

John,

WE didn't get to meet at Spyderfest (you were busy doing something every time I tried to come over and say Hi) -- if you find yourself having any extra time while you are in Raleigh give me a buzz - would love to buy you lunch sir! (Will PM you my number). If you are fully committed while you are here, no problem, offer is on the table for next time your travels find you in my neck of the woods!

I my limited experience in NYC I suggest that Sunday morning is likely to be the best time to get in, drive around and get out again before you hit gobs of traffic. It's not exactly empty streets on Sunday morning (:roflblack:) but it does tend to be calmer than most other days.
