• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. BIG BOY PANTY'S

Setting here this morning drinking coffee with a hangover from last night partying with my friends. trying to get over all the flack I have received from them over the past 9 months of owning a spyder. Me being in fair shape, work full time, come home and take care of cattle, setting on a pissed off 2000 lb bull 3 to 5 times a year, and now sell my bike and get a spyder do not mean I still don't wear my "Big Boy panty's!" Being 48 years old I can still out do, out run, and whip ass just as good as the next able man or woman. I love the fellowship with my biker friends of all images but just because I have 2 wheels up front instead of the back or 3 instead of 2 do not make any of us different. I love my spyder and I will ride when and where I want to, I will park it where others park, I wave at other bike when we pass.
With this said, WE ARE SPYDER LOVERS!
Now my head feels better, going to go kick my dog and wax my spyder and going to spend the day with my wife and Ride!

I dont get a hard time any more at 73 they feel sorry for me, dont think I can hold up a 2 wheeler anymore but I still have a 05 1500 vulcan and a v65 magna

Hey Farmboy, I like your style, forget about them dudes, cause it's all about you anyway:clap::yes:

when I 1st got the Spyder....some of our riding friends...mainly Valkyries...asked if the Spyder could keep up.....so they put me in the lead.....so I could ride my ride and they would follow.....had to pass an 18 wheeler out in New Mexico....had 5 bikes (Valks) behind me...as I was going around the truck...I was doing 90+....they just leave me alone now.....

A BIG thanks to you all. They do not know what there missing. My best friend upset because I out ran him in 1/8 mile run about week ago. his is a 2011 HD Heritage

Spyder Rider

I have owned/ridden over 50 motorcycles in my life, from a Honda 50 (1st bike @ 14) to sport toures, dual sports, motocross, crotch rockets. No cruisers, could never get used to my legs out front, I like to be able to stand and rest my butt. I gravitated to the Spyder to get my wife back into the sport with me. We had tourtd for years on Goldwings and Venture Royale camping as we went. My wife got out of riding/camping as she got older and didn't feel comfortable on 2 wheels. Got her to sit on a Spyder and she was hooked. Bought an 08 Demo and added comfort options to make her feel secure and now we are back to touring and camping (larger walk in tent with raised bed) and she loves it. I don't care what other people think. I ride what makes me happy and if someone else is narrow minded thats their problem not mine. I have NO problems keepin up with all but must the most agressive riders and have really suprised some so called good riders on some very twisty Ozark mountain roads. Ridden correctyl the Spyder will FLY. So ride what makes you happy.

Guess you could say: "I would rather ride a Spyder than pick up a heavy 2-wheeler!"

No matter where and when I stop I have more people coming up to me to talk about my spyder than the 2 wheel guys do. Your buddies are just jealous they don't ride a spyder:thumbup:

While doing Flag lines at PGR events, People will walk bye and look at the bunch of different brands/Models. You name it and it has been or is there. Then they stop and look at My Spyder ask if they can talk to the owner.
Mission leader will sometimes senD me over to talk motorcycles and the PGR.
Ride and have fun.

Enjoy the spyder ... Im in my early/mid thirty's and I had buddie give me a little bit of crap for riding my spyder and getting it . To be honest they are jealous and well the ride a certain brand that they think gives them a certain level of entitlement . once they open their eyes and see how much fun the spyder is you will have buddies who own spyders to.Welcome to the club btw. :doorag::2excited:

Don't worry what others may say or think. Just ride your ryde.

I use the same phrase for the Spyder that I use when people ask me how I could ever like snowmobiling.
